Scent of a Freesia & Deliberately Debbie are proud to present to the world, a list of wonderful supporters! Thanks to the world of social technology, the Freesia found another place to share its awareness message. TWITTER has opened doors to hundreds of clever marketing/promotional ideas, always offering new tools to drive home any crucial information, business and/or merchandise, charities and non-profit organisations. Raising much needed awareness to Ovarian cancer has been my quest for almost nine years. Twitter has given me the freedom to run wild, and so too, the Freesias! Since the birth of Scent of a Freesia, it has seen offspring's popping up everywhere, from Websites, Blogs, Forums, Chat rooms and Books!

As times change, so too did many pages of various websites, but the awareness message remained in tact. With my love of writing stories/poems, it was obvious the awareness message would be just as useful included within the pages of my books. "Follow a Freesia" was released in 2006, presenting the reader with a collection of stories & poetry, Ovarian cancer signs/symptoms and other important information.

Those Twitter followers who chose to help in supporting the 'awareness message' by displaying a freesia at their site of choice, will have their details advertised here, and tweets, Retweeted at regular intervals.

This will hopefully lead to ovarian cancer information reaching more people, receiving the spotlight needed to draw attention to the symptoms.....its ONLY method of early detection.

The Freesias are now making a chain, linking up to show support for women & girls, families & friends who have been affected directly/indirectly, by this cancer. If you would like to be a part of this journey, please drop me an email.
